Healthy Living: Spring into your life!

As we’re in the midst of the height of spring; take some time today to get yourself outside and breathe in the fresh air.  I know it’s not perfect, with all of the pollutants, but it’s something.  For those of us who live in cloudy areas (like western NY, Pennsylvania, Seattle, North Dakota…), it’s amazing what ten minutes of sun can do.

Sun causes damage to our skin in large quantities, but it just makes us so happy!  The clouds tend to cloud your mind, too.  It’s amazing what a good walk on a sunny day can do for all of your problems.  They just seem so insignificant.

This happens to me a lot around spring time.  I finally get out and remember what it’s like and I think to myself, “Wow.  How lucky are we.”

And so should you.
