Honor among witches: Secret names, secret places (Bide the Wiccan laws ye must)

In modern-day paganism, and apparently, in the old times too, many pagans take a second, magical name.  And maybe a third.  The traditional idea was that if authorities caught you or someone else, you would only know each other by these meaningless names, “Raven Starhawk” or “Chicken Noodle Man.”  Another idea is that you take a magical name and tell no one except the gods, in ritual – in that way, you empower yourself with this secret name.  Do you have a magical name?  Do you share it or keep it secret?
